I'm beginning to understand how this works. Today I was reading a digital art magazine at Barnes & Noble and it said after sketching the outline, then making a new layer for the color, she merges all of them together and it gives it a rougher feel. I tried it, and naturally, it was the tiny thing I'd been trying to accomplish for the past month. -_- But I'm happy!
